At each phase of Ticket Snipers Case Development, either the internal team, or the Driver needed to be prompted about who needed to take the next step. So Actioneer’s algorithm prompted the responsible party each time their action was required.

Actioneer created a Color Coded delivery calendar that allowed high level admins to see where each violation was in the development pipeline.

A new, one-of-a-kind, legal document compiling service was developed to help Ticket Snipers build case documents using the data previously submitted about the violation. The compiling service that was created used custom logic exercised by the Ticket Sniper team to build truly custom defense cases that would be downloaded and submitted, by the driver, to each associated courthouse.
