Premier Aquatics asked Actioneer to build an integrated management portal for their administrative team and their territory managers in the field. Their goal was simple, they wanted to make sure their workforce was providing a high level of service in the water safety industry. With around 400 employees dispersed across nearly 40 locations in Orange County it was a challenge to make sure all employees were capable of providing a top tier service which was necessary to deliver. Actioneer built an application that allowed their field managers to relay and log information about employees, facility maintenance, and general data pertaining to each location in their management purview. The system produced daily digests and alerted the managers and administrative staff when an employee required further coaching or training.
